Bill Dee Dyer Sr., age 88, of Rangely, Colorado, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. A celebration of life for Bill will be on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the Rangely High School, 234 S. Jones Ave. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
