Kenneth Lynn Judd, age 66 of Vernal, passed away on Monday, March 6. Graveside services were on Saturday, March 11 in Vernal Memorial Park with military honors by American Legion Post 11. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
