The FBI has requested they increase their rent to us from November 2024 through November 2025. The rent for the year 2025, which began November 2024 and goes through November 2025 $43,430.63 which is an annual increase of $268.46.

It has been requested that this increase be approved. The reason for the dates is due to that is that is when occupancy was taken.

The commission made a motion to approve the lease agreement that has been amended by Mike Wilkins.

This motion passed unanimously approving the lease agreement with the FBI.

Market rates are being kept up with as well, according to Mike Wilkins when asked.
