Uinta Basin Railway Gets Green light
The Supreme Court has given a ruling on the controversial Uinta Basin Railway. A unanimous ruling reversed decisions by a lower court to block the project. Many people are calling this a win for the state of Utah as well as the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition, after this project has been pushed for years.
