Lilly Shiloh Hogue, infant daughter of Dayne Hogue and Meagan Horrocks was born and passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023, in Roosevelt, Utah. Graveside services honoring Lilly are on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 3 p.m. in the Rockpoint Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
